If Savoir Technology Services is not able to help and/or resolve your IT issue(s) - then you will not be charged a single penny.

Many commercial IT services specialise in a particular technology field or subject matter. If you need subject matter experts or specialists in a particular software package, hardware platform or discipline - then you will naturally be charged specialist fees and costs.
Savoir Technology Services offers general IT services and support to the lay person, professional home worker and small business owner - where the needs are often not as complex or demanding. However, if it turns out you need specialist help - then free advice on finding specialist help will be offered.

When it can, Savoir Technology Services will always offer free advice for any work that it cannot undertake.
