Service Fee and Payments

Business or Home Visit Service Fee

The standard support fee covering installations, upgrades, maintenance, trouble-shooting and training is £40 per hour (minimum one hour charge).

IT Fees and Payment

 

Fixed Service Fee

Sometimes and subject to the work that's required to resolve your issue - a fixed service fee will be quoted in advance.

 

No Hidden or Extra Fees

All computer repair and upgrade costs - including hardware parts, software and labour will be stated upfront before any work is undertaken and begun.

 

Remote Desktop Support Fee

The Remote Desktop Support fee is £20 per hour (minimum one hour charge).

 

Free Quotes with No Obligation

Free quotes are given for all computer repairs and upgrade work and are valid for 30 days.

 

No Fix - No Fee Policy

You pay absolutely nothing if your problems or issues cannot be fixed or resolved to your satisfaction.

 

Payment

Cash, Cheque, Electronic Bank Transfer and PayPal payments are all accepted.
